As I speak words to help another, if I am wise, I will listen very closely to what I have to say.. for I am saying what I, myself, need to hear.
As I tell another what to do, if I am wise, I will listen very closely to the action I tell them to take ... for it is the action I, myself, need to take.
As I spend my time trying to get others to hear what to do for their own good and explain what they need to do to feel good, if I am wise, I will notice I,myself, have not done what I have recommended.
As I am speaking ... I do not do. I tell others to watch themselves and I stop watching myself in the process. I am working on them, instead of practicing the wisdom myself shared from my very own mouth and heart.
People come into my life so I can explain what I most need to hear. If I miss that, if I think it is only them with the problem ... I keep preaching and never go beyond to hearing my own message.
When I am wise, less and less people will show up mirroring to me what I most need to see - for I will have fixed the biggest problem of all, myself.

"Isn't Spiritual Supposed to Be Free?"
Exchange is one of the Laws of the Universe and it is a very important law for us to come to understand. Sadly, many of us we were brainwashed into thinking spiritual should be free. What became of this was, those who were truly helping others on a full time basis suffered deeply because of it. How do I know? I was one of those healers.
For many years I thought a pure heart was a person who felt no negatives, no hurt for another, no ill feelings, no selfishness, no impure thoughts. I thought it was an individual who only held the highest love, felt the highest and grandest feelings within and only good qualities lived in a person with a pure heart.
Today I share with you the truth from my heart to yours, today, I was told by another that I had a pure heart ... something I never considered myself to have. If you could have heard her words, it would have brought tears to your eyes as it did mine. But what is most important is what I realized and I hope it will help you see the beauty in yourself. My heart is no more pure than hers or yours or anyone's ... and those that I see with a pure heart have no more pure in their heart than yours or mine. It was what she saw in my expression that was pure.
